Parish Administration and Leadership
In addition to the ministry commissions, we have several other individuals and committees that help with the administration and leadership of the parish.
| Clergy |
- Pastor, Priest, Teacher
- Oversee Parish Life facilitating ministry of all people
- Supervise staff, lay leaders, and volunteers

| Vestry |
- Make strategic choices
- Serve as Stewards of Money and Property
- Assist and provide feedback to the clergy
- Be active in the life and ministry of the parish

| Wardens |
- Meet regularly with clergy to discuss life and work of parish
- Provide leadership for vestry
- Take pulse of congregation
- Provide support for clergy

| Treasurer |
- Oversee parish contributions, payments, and financial books.
- Serve on Finance committee.
- Report to vestry, wardens, clergy, and parish.

Finance
Committee |
- Advise Vestry about Budgeting, the annual Audit, and other parish financial concerns.
- Develop a system of internal controls/best practices.

| Stewardship Committee |
- Plan and execute pledge drive and follow up
- Oversee other fundraising activities
|
| Property |
- Responsible for buildings and grounds
- Oversee maintence projects
- Plan parish work days
|
| Evangelism |
- Marketing, web design, print publications
|
| Office Staff |
- Prepare bulletins, newsletter, and other parish communications.
- Keep financial records
- Pay bills, input weekly contributions
